Aircraft maintenance jumped feet-first into mobile application technology courtesy of the 367th Training Support Squadron here with the release of "Torqued" April 18.
"Torqued", the first major application release by the unit's Instructional Training Unit (ITU), was designed to allow Air Force maintainers to calculate complicated torque settings on-the-fly while on the flight line.
The app was revealed during a visit to the unit by Col. David Murphy, 782nd Training Group commander. The 367th TRSS is part of the 782nd TRG, which is headquartered at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas.
